Blacktown Boys High School is a Year 7 to Year 12, Comprehensive, Boys Secondary School. We are proud to be part of a strong public education system and welcome students from all backgrounds and cultures.

We take boys education seriously, applying innovative, explicit and challenging techniques to engage our students in their learning. Our teachers apply the latest methodologies to challenge our boys and to get the most out of them academically, culturally, and physically via specialist and sporting programs. Our vision statement

Blacktown Boys High School is a progressive, forward looking and a challenging place of learning with a proud tradition extolling high standards and achieving exceptional academic outcomes. The school's focus is to provide a balanced and differentiated curriculum, offering a variety of programs leading students towards a RoSA (Record of School Achievement) and/or the New South Wales Higher School Certificate. Hand in hand with the academic performance of the students, the school is heavily committed towards the overall welbeing of the student and has put in place a number of programs to ensure the physical, cultural and mental wellbeing of all students is looked after.

The school's focus of academic excellence ensures core and elective courses are designed to accommodate a diverse group of learners. Highly trained teachers, Administrative and Support Staff are partners in the academic development of students and undertake regular staff professional learning to ensure students have access to best practice, pedagogies in every classroom. The school utilises the most up-to-date technology to support learning and is at the forefront in establishing partnerships with universities, colleges and CBD and local business. This ensures students are exposed to innovative approaches to learning, critical thinking and collaborative problem solving improving access, opportunities and choice across post-school pathways including university, training and meaningful employment for all students.
